Our trained technicians can design a service program for periodic inspections, testing, and maintenance that meets NFPA code requirements, local regulations, and required annual fire alarm system testing. We provide reliable 24/7 emergency service, and our skilled technicians have experience in several areas, including:

  • Wet system testing
  • Dry pipe/delude valve testing
  • Back flow testing
  • Special hazard systems
  • Fire pump testing
  • Alarm panel installation and testing
  • Alarm/trouble signal testing
  • Panel battery replacement
  • Smoke detector installation and testing

Sprinkler Systems and Fire Pumps

We'll keep your system in code compliance, because each inspection is performed following NFPA guidelines. You can feel confident that your system will work properly if needed - our technicians are trained to service your sprinkler system to help maintain optimal performance.

Fire Alarm Systems

Regular inspections include visual examination of all components in your system, including panels, annunciators, detectors, horns, magnetic door holders, pull stations, and strobes. Annual testing procedures verify that the system operates as designed, and smoke detector sensitivity testing is required every two years.

Fire Extinguishers

Annual Inspection - To provide maximum assurance that a fire extinguisher will operate effectively and safely, maintenance is conducted on an annual basis, as required by your local jurisdiction and NFPA 10. This includes a thorough examination for physical damage or condition that could prevent operation and any necessary repair or replacement.

Six-year Maintenance - A thorough examination is performed, the "O" ring and gaskets are replaced, and the extinguisher is recharged.

Twelve-year Maintenance - Hydrostatic testing occurs every twelve years, where the extinguisher is broken down and emptied, tested for defects and is recharged.
