Once a contract is initiated, we review all plans for accuracy, and can expedite material and equipment orders immediately. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Effective project management is an important part of every plan/spec project. Through extensive training, our talented project management team works diligently to ensure that each project or task is completed efficiently and within budget, to your specifications. Each project manager is knowledgeable in the unique business of construction, and builds effective, ongoing communications with each client, overseeing all plan/spec activity every step of the way.

Weekly status reports provide a communication link between our management staff and the field, and our management information system makes it easy to track purchase orders, shop drawings, submittals, labor and change orders.
