SAFETY

Our goal, through hiring skilled Union craftsman, is to promote and support zero lost time injury construction. Through the joint efforts of local Union training programs, we support continuous safety development. It is our goal to provide working environments that support the company's established safety guidelines and to develop employee accountability.

To ensure that high standards of safety, skills, and workmanship are maintained, our workforce is trained through a specialized Union apprenticeship training program, featuring four solid years of on the job Union training. Foremen are trained to adhere to strict quality installation guidelines, and are responsible for implementing all safety guidelines.
