Additionally, our IAQ services can be part of a certification process for the UL Verified Healthy Buildings Program.

IAQ Testing

To help ensure ideal air quality in your buildings, ESSI can test your systems and provide needed guidance, including:

IAQ health reports that measure the presence of contaminants, CO2, volatile organic compounds, particulates, and pathogens
Over-ventilation reports to help you maintain the right balance of energy use and IAQ

Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NPBI)

NPBI emits ions that can help reduce pathogens, breakdown harmful compounds, and accumulate micro-particles into larger, filterable particles. The team at ESSI can install NPBI on your existing or new air handling units, fan coils, package units, and/or water source heat pumps. We also provide ongoing maintenance for these systems.

NPBI solutions include:

Ionization alarm or ion room sensor tie-in to the direct digital control system
Local ion readings to help ensure ion counts are maintained in targeted spaces

Ultraviolet (UV-C) Lamps

Leveraging the latest in UV-C technology, we can also help keep your air coils clean and disinfected. We offer UV-C system installation, maintenance, annual bulb replacement, and verification of proper controller operation.
